John’s 20 years at RHF represent a significant milestone that reflects his commitment, reliability, and can-do spirit. Known as “Mr. Fixer” by his nephew, John has earned a reputation for being able to fix just about anything. Over the years, he has generously shared his skill across numerous properties, both locally and out of state, always going above and beyond to support those around him.

John has been happily married for 30 years. Together, he and his wife have built a beautiful family with nine children and 29 grandchildren.

Dwight Woodruff
Independence Square, Evansville, Indiana

This August will mark Dwight’s 19th year at Independence Square, a significant achievement. His passionate dedication to his job is well appreciated by the residents and staff. “I love everything about this job,” says Dwight, and it shows. He’s invested in and cares for his residents and he strives to make everyone feel special.

Dwight is a diehard Harley Davidson rider who has never been on a plane, never seen an ocean, and never been to California.
