Maintenance Person of the Year
2025 Maintenance Person of the Year
Howard Bracey
North Capital at Plymouth, Washington, D.C.
In February 2008, Howard Bracey joined RHF at North Capitol at Plymouth in the Maintenance Department. Born and raised in the District of Columbia, Howard developed a lifelong passion for the Washington Redskins, now known as the Washington Commanders. He has always cherished spending time with his family and remains deeply involved in community work.
For four years, Howard managed the property independently before additional help was hired. Known for his honesty and strong work ethic, Howard approaches life with a deep sense of integrity, which is evident in everything he does. He has built strong relationships with outside contractors, staff, and residents alike.
Howard is a remarkable individual—someone who is a pleasure to know, work with, and have as a friend and colleague. His presence in our community has been invaluable.
Howard’s commitment to his community extends beyond his work at RHF. He has dedicated 19 years to Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ, where he serves as an assistant to the building manager. Additionally, Howard has contributed his skills and expertise in building management to Second New St. Paul Baptist Church.
RHF is pleased to present Howard Bracey with the 2025 Maintenance Person of the Year Award.
Congratulations to all of our past award recipients!
