St. James Park is a diverse, affordable community for families consisting of four buildings, each on a corner lot.
One of those buildings is the mansion that was reportedly once owned by Curly Howard, a member of the Three Stooges.
Our community is located near the University of Southern California, the Los Angeles Sports Arena, various museums, shopping, the post office, and numerous restaurants.

How do I get started with the move in process?
Simply fill out an application completely, sign it and mail it to the Corporate office, the address is on the back of the application.
Is there a waiting list for residency?
Yes, currently St. James Park has a waiting list. After you fill out the application and it is approved, a letter will be mailed out with your waiting list number.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, there in one elevator located in one of the buildings easily accessible by all residents, on all floors. Each wing of the building has an elevator.
Is parking available?
Yes, St. James Park offers its residents the use of the community parking lot for registered vehicles.
Are there on-site laundry facilities?
There are three laundry centers at St. James Park. Each contains two coin operated washers and two coin operated dryers with folding area. These centers are located on the ground floor and the second floor.
