Kevin Gilchrist, Vice President of Development Finance, has served as senior development accountant of Retirement Housing Foundation since 2001.

He is responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial projections for potential acquisitions and new construction using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, and/or various HUD programs.  He is also responsible for the accounting records for each acquisition and new construction until the property is operational.

Previously he served as a financial analyst for WNC & Associates, Inc., a tax credit syndicator for 4 years where he updated investment and investor models for large corporate investors.

Mr. Gilchrist received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino.
