Mr. Clow started working with RHF as Director of Risk Management in September 2007. He was promoted to Senior Director in September 2020 and Vice President of Risk Management in September 2022. He is responsible for the general oversight of all the corporation’s loss control and risk financing activities; this includes the planning, implementation, and development of programs and strategies to control the organization’s loss exposures. He regularly works with brokers, insurance carriers, and company personnel regarding all insurance activities. He also investigates and analyzes actual and potential risks in the corporation and is a dedicated advocate for workplace and resident safety and loss prevention.
Mr. Clow has a BS in Business Administration – Finance/Real Estate Accounting minor, from Cal Poly Pomona University. He received a designation as a Certified Professional In Aging Services Risk Management, has a California Real Estate Brokers license, and is a licensed California General Contractor.
