RHF’s Holiday Toy Program Celebrates 25 Years!
RHF’s national toy drive began in 1997, after an urgent Christmas morning gift delivery to a newly opened RHF family community in Los Angeles, California, the previous year. Included in the tradition, were the “RHF Wrappers,” residents from local RHF senior communities who lovingly wrapped every toy before it was delivered.
This December, RHF Charitable Foundation will deliver gifts to 1,700 children living in more than 40 of RHF’s communities nationwide. Younger children (infant-6 years) receive a toy and older children (7-17 years) receive a gift card.
This holiday tradition would not be possible without the support of the entire RHF family. Happy holidays and thank you for being a part of the Toys for RHF Kids story!
