Assisted Living
Assisted Living is a level of care, licensed by the state, that provides residents with assistance with various daily activities.
A few of the services provided by Assisted living are:
- Medication management
- Help with bathing
- Help with dressing
- Help toileting
- Scheduling appointments
- Assistance getting to appointments
Though assisted living helps residents with various daily activities, assisted living does not provide medical services. Assisted living does not provide medical treatments for wounds, serious infections, and various other medical conditions. Assisted living is intended for those who need minor help, not those who must rely on someone for all activities of daily living.
