What is the Security Deposit?

The Security Deposit is the same as one month’s full rent with a minimum of $50. This deposit is due in full at the signing of the lease.

Do you allow pets?

The Towers at Southdale welcomes you to bring your pets along with you. Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one cat or dog per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions.
