Our community has a nice, friendly environment where you can enjoy time for yourself in complete privacy or participate in activities.

Our residents are active participants in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S.

A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs.

No, we only have studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Do you have washer-dryer hookups in the apartments?

No, we have one laundry room on the first floor.

Do you accept Section 8?

No, the property is Project-Based Section 8, attached to the apartment. Rent is approximately 30% of your income.
