Perry Glenn joined Retirement Housing Foundation in 2008 as Southern California Regional Manager II, was promoted in 2014 to Director of Affordable Housing Director, and in 2019 was promoted to Vice President of Affordable Housing. He is responsible for setting policies for all of RHF’s 188 affordable sites, which include both tax credit and subsidized housing. He also serves as RHF’s 504 Coordinator and reviews all reasonable accommodation requests.

Mr. Glenn previously held leadership positions at Goldrich & Kest, Related Companies of California, and Alpha Property Management. He serves on the nominating committee of the Council of Health and Human Services and is also the President of his Home Owners Association.

Mr. Glenn received his B.A. from Xavier University in Louisiana and is designated as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
