Stephanie Titus, Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Philanthropy, joined Retirement Housing Foundation in 2011 as Director of Charitable Giving, was promoted to Vice President of Philanthropy in 2013 and Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Philanthropy in 2022. She also serves as President of RHF Charitable Foundation and Treasurer of RHF Foundation, Inc.
She is responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating strategies to advance the mission of RHF by developing and maintaining appropriate systems, compliance standards and accountability metrics for strategic planning, RHF’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiative, and the fund development activities for RHF’s 192 affordable housing communities in 29 states, as well as directing grant making and program operations for RHF Charitable Foundation.
Ms. Titus previously held leadership positions at the University of California, Concordia University, California State University, and Hillview Acres. She has served on several committees for LeadingAge and LeadingAge California, and the board of the Southern California Association of Healthcare Development. She currently serves on the Equity Cabinet for LeadingAge California and the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Inland Empire chapter.
Ms. Titus received her M.B.A. from the University of California, Riverside, and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
