Manager/Administrator of the Year
The Manager or Administrator of the year is a team player whose quality of work is at the highest level. Their belief in the RHF mission and motto is reflected in the day-to-day operation of their community.
They work well with their supervisor(s) and the national staff. They follow RHF policy and procedures.
Resident relations and their quality of life, financial performance, facility condition, and surveys or inspections from outside agencies all play a part in their overall performance rating.

Delores Peters
Granada Gardens, Granada Hills, California
“Delores Peters has been a dedicated RHF employee for nearly two decades; she has consistently strived to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Delores is deeply committed to RHF’s Mission, which is evident in her continuous efforts to introduce social services and oversee the impactful renovation of the properties under her management,” says Delores’s Regional Manager, Briana Larkin.
Delores is currently the Manager at Granada Gardens in Granada Hills, California. During her time at RHF, she has managed nine and assisted more than a dozen communities across the country.
“Delores has a reputation as a dependable manager and has been consistently called upon by the RHF leadership team to help at sister properties nationwide. In challenging circumstances, especially when properties encounter difficulties or certification delays, Delores has been a trusted problem solver,” says Briana.
“There are a lot of departments at RHF and they’re all super important, but operations is the tip of the spear, and if the tip of that spear is dull it is not effective, and what makes it sharp? Managers like Delores Peters make it sharp,” says Vice President of Affordable Housing Operations, Yuri Escandon.
