Richardson Manor is designed to accommodate those who are 18 and older who are mobility impaired, and persons 62 years and older. Income limitations are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Our residents enjoy a friendly, comfortable environment, where you can have time for yourself in complete privacy or involve yourself with social gatherings in our community room.

A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs.

How much is rent?

Rent is 30% of your income.

How old do you have to be to live here?

We take adults 18 and up, provided they qualify.

Can children live here?

Yes they can.

Do you have any bathtubs?

No we don’t. This building is for mobility impaired. The roll-in showers are more accessible for people with mobility issues.

Can anyone live with me?

Not unless they are on your lease and have passed the background check, and qualify to live here.

Can my grandchildren come over?

Yes they can. This will be your apartment home, you can have guests.
