Darson Marie Terrace

Darson Marie Terrace is getting its finishing touches and will soon be ready to move-in its first residents! This community is a HUD 202 and Tax Credit community for older adults (62+) with 56 one-bedroom units and a two-bedroom manager’s unit. All units will feature a full kitchen and living room and a bathroom with built-in safety features.

The shared areas of this community will include a lobby with a comfortable seating area, a community room with a kitchen, an exercise room, a computer room, a library, an arts and crafts room, and a central laundry room.  Outside, there will be a large, covered patio where residents can socialize and host parties.  Working space for the staff of Darson Marie Terrace will include two office spaces and a reception area.  Entry into this community will be controlled by a key fob and intercom system.

Darson Marie Terrace will be a smoke-free community.
