REQUIREMENTS:
* The qualifications preferred are as follows:
Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the facility in accordance with Retirement Housing Foundations’ policies and procedures. Must be able to perform a variety of repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing some electrical as well snow removal and landscaping.
