We currently have an open position for a Information Systems Analyst at our Retirement Housing Foundation located in Long Beach, CA.
JOB DUTIES:

- Retirement Housing Foundation, corporate office is in need of an Information Systems Analyst.The Information Systems Analyst is responsible for administration, maintenance and support of the RHF systems and ancillary systems. The position will play a lead role in the implementation of the organization’s human resource information system including, applicant tracking, onboarding, talent management and performance management. The complete HCM lifecycle. The Information Systems Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert related to IT business processes, systems functionality, configuration and capabilities.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for implementing, configuring, developing and maintaining RHF systems and reports.
• Gather, review and analyze current processes to identify and recommend new ways to streamline processes.
• Participate in scheduled systems upgrades, including testing and development, and reviewing new functionality.
• Coordinates interface with other internal systems such as payroll, time and attendance records, financial and property management systems.
• Creates standard and ad hoc reports within the systems that meet compliance requirements for all applicable federal and state government regulations.
• Ability to research issues, troubleshoot and provide resolutions.
• Provides user support and training for modifications of systems or procedures.
• Develops training materials for system changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Five or more years of experience implementing and managing IT systems.
• Experience in UKG HCM software a plus.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EMP a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities and ability to multitask.
• Skill in communication of technical information to non-technical users.
• High degree of personal and technical communication skills.
• Familiarity with system and information security and data privacy concepts.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and situations.
