We currently have an open position for a Director of Nursing at our Pioneer House located in Sacramento, CA.
JOB DUTIES:
* Oversee clinical aspects of our 49 bed SNF, including care plans, admissions/discharges oversight, recruitment and retention of staff, daily HPPD management, team building, and leader by example.
REQUIREMENTS:
* RN required, MDS experience preferred.
